1999至今 在杭州设立研究开发中心，以香港为总部，创办阿里巴巴网站(Alibaba.com) 孙正义跟我有同一个观点，一个方案是一流的Idea加三流的实施；另外一个方案，一流的实施，三流的Idea，哪个好？我们俩同时选择一流的实施，三流的Idea。

　　＊如何把每一个人的才华真正地发挥作用，我们这就像拉车，如果有的人往这儿拉，有的人往那儿拉，互相之间自己给自己先乱掉了。当你有一个傻瓜时，很傻的，你很会很痛苦；你有５０个傻瓜是最幸福的，吃饭、睡觉、上厕所排着队去的；你有一个聪明人时很带劲，你有５０个聪明人实际上是最痛苦的，谁都不服谁。我在公司里的作用就象水泥，把许多优秀的人才粘合起来，使他们力气往一个地方使。

　　＊网络公司将来要判断两个：第一它的team;第二，它有technology;第三它的concept，拥有这些东西，才是存在的必要。

悲伤的日子

Moths are very ugly creatures. At least that is what I always thought until a reliable source told me otherwise. When I was about five or six years old, my brother Joseph and I stayed overnight at our Aunt Linda’s house, our favorite relative. She spoke to us like adults, and she always had the best stories.

Joseph was only four years old, and still afraid of the dark, so Aunt Linda left the door open and the hall light on when she tucked us in to bed. Joe couldn’t sleep, so he just lay there staring at the ceiling. Just as I dozed off to sleep, he woke me up and asked, “Jennie, what are those ugly things near the light?”(I had always liked that he asked me questions because I was older and supposed to know the answers. I didn’t always know the answers, of course, but I could always pretend I did.) He was pointing to the moths fluttering around the hall light. “They’re just moths, go to sleep,” I told him.

He wasn’t content with that answer, or the moths near his night light, so the next time my Aunt walked by the door he asked her to make the ugly moths go away. When she asked why, he said simply, “Because they’re ugly and scary, and I don’t like them! ”She just laughed, rubbed his head, and said, “Joe just because something is ugly outside doesn’t mean it’s not beautiful inside. Do you know why moths are brown?” Joe just shook his head.

Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others, including Love. One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. Except for Love.

Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.

When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.

Snacks are I suppose defined as things that we eat between regular meals. In fact, if you are eating something and it is not breakfast, lunch or dinner-time then it is a snack. So, if you are having an apple sometime in the afternoon then that apple is a snack. However, on the whole when we talk about snacks we are not really talki
ng about fruit and healthy things. The category of snacks is usually filled with things that are not so good for us.
　　What are these traditional snacks? Chips, or as they are called in Britain, crisps, are a favourite snack and as with most popular snacks they are not a healthy option (选择). Laden with grease (油脂) because of their origin in the fat fryer (油炸用的食品) they are the dieters curse (咒骂). Another great favourite is chocolate and again it is a food option that is well capable of converting a sleek (光滑的) physique (体形) into something a little more wobbly (不稳定的)!

　　Regarding the healthiness of snacks a big problem of so many of the regular popular options out there is generally their low quality. What you might buy in the stores on the high streets has been mass produced with all sorts of rubbish added to boost the flavour at minimum (最小的) cost. If you were to actually get many of these snack types made at home then they would probably be a lot better for you. For instance, chocolate comes from South America. The original examples of chocolate are very different to what we are now used to. Our chocolate has so much sugar and fat added to it that it would be quite unpalatable (不好吃的) to someone used to the traditional version. However, because we have all been brought up on food and snacks with no subtlety (狡猾，微妙) of flavour then we cannot appreciate the more traditional examples of snacks.

今天是一星期的第一天,每到星期一就觉的一周无限无限的长,就觉得受难日又来临了.今天还好,虽然脑袋偶尔不是很清醒,至少不是处于郁闷的状态,就是这样子了.已经工作了几个月了,虽然不是很有成绩,但是工作的乐趣却是比在学校多的多.学校大多的单调的重复,偶尔有心情日记的调染.而工作就不一样了.你必需有时候象一个指挥官一样,处变不惊或则装做处变不惊的样子处理一些事情.
再也不能象小女孩一样动不动就抹鼻涕.张大要有张大的样子了.还记得之前在刚刚开业那几天,嗓子哑掉了,整整十天,着急上火有没有用的,只能在无奈,无声的世界中过了十天.不知道那些人是怎么过的,很是同情.同事那几天听不懂我的话十我着急的马上要疯掉了的状态.
很多同行的高手,也很慷慨的教我点东西,毫不保留的.真的,人与人的交流要靠真诚还维系的.太多的声色犬马不同样使自己很心累吗?
